This is our typical process for auditing telecommunications expenses or utility expenses. Our goal as a consulting provider is to have the least impact on your team with the most value received (i.e. not take your time, but save you money and resources).
Because of this, we are flexible to our clients’ needs. Want to submit all necessary paperwork online? No problem. Want to meet in person, or have us locate your billing details on-site? Not a problem. We do what it takes to help our clients.

What To Expect
TelePlus Solutions handles everything from start to finish. You can expect an audit to take less than 30 days to complete.
Without a need for up-front fees, retainers or deposits, you need just minimal paperwork to get the process started. Please provide one month of bill copies and a signed Letter of Authorization to allow TelePlus to act on your behalf in the research process. Client only pays for how effectively the Audit Team generates savings.
Once the audit is complete, we sit down and discuss findings, including knowledge transfer of bills and services that is being paid for. Together, we then come up with a strategic plan based on the company’s best interest.
